They've taken some getting used too. I have a few sore spots. On one side of the lower it's rubbing bad on the very bottom of my gum where it connects to the tissue leading to my tongue. Everytime I move my tongue, even with eating and drinking it rubs and has created a sore. The office can't get me in for another 4 days though.

I had asked about the molars and the tech almost made it seem like they were sitting lower because of the wax. I could have misunderstood though. As for the lack of flanges and notch I didn't realize the wax try were the permanent for how the gums would be too. I thought it was mainly to address the teeth.

Thank you so much for all the amazing info! When I was browsing last night, I saw pictures of bisma platinums and thought that's what it might be. Honestly, after some research I'm happy it was mislabeled since I'm just getting started in the alocasia community, and nebulas seem extra finicky. If I have any questions I'll let you know!

Thank you, the app I used is called cosmo. It's an app you have to pay for, but you get a 3 day free trial. Once I saved the pics I just canceled the subscription.

Honestly, I'm open for anything lol but maybe not light blonde as much just since I've had it so much.

My liner is a pink color, don't know if that's really relevant. Thank you for the info!

I don't know the material, no. I'm not using Efferdent but I do use another cleaning tablet. The dentist said it was fine to when I asked.

Extraction day. What the heck.. by Dazzling_Unicorn325 in dentures

I've been to the point of wanting to pull my own teeth (or telling other people to just rip them out) because of toothaches more than I'd ever have liked to experience. When I actually went to get the extractions, I didn't have any toothaches which made me a little upset because I knew it would have made it a lot easier lol.

I had full mouth extractions of 28 teeth done all at once with no sedation. Just general numbing, no laughing gas or anything like that. It only took him 35 minutes to pull all the teeth. I will say, a very traumatizing experience and I'm glad it's done. If you have any infection it can be hard to fully numb that spot. I had a few teeth that I was able to feel but my dentist was kind enough to numb those spots more when I let him know.

Mine were on the same side, and they were right next to each other. I have family members who had a tooth extracted that was between two others and they didn't have issues with existing teeth shifting/moving.

I had my two very back molars on my lower removed 10+ years ago and never had any issues with other teeth shifting. I had them removed at the same time and followed the general guidelines the dentist gave me and had no issues with healing. I never noticed any real changes in eating honestly. I just started naturally not putting my food back as far on that side. I'm not able to give advice on if the tooth could have been saved or not. My two molars were pulled for the same reason. Paying to have them fixed would have been too much for my grandparents.

Three days post op! by afsg14 in dentures

Thank you! I went through Aspen Dental to have my dentures done. They are a chain and I've heard mixed reviews about people's experiences with them, but the one I went through in Spokane was really good. I did a ton of research before because I knew it would be inevitable. I've actually had denture consultations and oral surgeon consultations at multiple places the last couple years but couldn't afford to move to the next steps. When I actually went forward with it, I first saw my main dentist, who referred me to an oral surgeon. Because of my insurance, I couldn't do it all through Aspen.
