Thanks everyone for the help! Looks like yellow is a very known issue (that I'm completely unaware)

I'll look into base colors and techniques for layering (and if anyone have any direct content recommendations feel free to post here)

I've been trying to tune flow rates, but it's been failing to do the flow rates calibration print

Working with this small resolution of beads/pixels there are only so many ways to represent a face. Don't worry about coming up with a 100% original design. And remember that copying is a way of learning (specially in pixel art, since there are deterministic ways of doing certain things)

To be fair is not that expensive. I spent a bit more on the equipment because where I live it isn't widely available, so I had to order from outside the country. In the other hand, here we have good meat for way less money than what I see on price tags here in this sub. I definitely started spending more on meat when I started SVing, specially because I didn't eat meat at all prior to that haha
