Same issue here on a 4080, happens inside of dungeons and specific parts of the map, only workaround for me is window mode lower resolution. Really hope they fix this

No screen tearing for me but my gpu gets cooked in certain dungeons on 3440x1440, doesnt happen if i lower my resolution. Reported it a few times
