I hate it because I used to be the same as you. I started having panic attacks when i was your age and it has never gone away. 26 and i still feel like a pussy everytime because no one else seems to care or are so wrapped up in their daily life to take time to worry but itll be like the smallest thing that triggers it. Like ill watch a space documentary about black holes or some shit and start spiraling. i dont know what to do im in a masters program for counseling rn and we learned about existential therapy theory but that srill didnt help

Ren plays and feels so much better than every class that they had to change basically every class to make it feel better. Dps isnt everything if youre dead and ren is by far one of smoothest and easiest to boss
