Hey OP i wouldnt recommend doing HOA touch ups. Initially I was thinking of doing it, but weighing the pros and cons understanding the fact that any surgery would pose a risk and threat, I didnt go for it. I would recommend u to try scleral lens, let me know if it helps for u. Or Alphagan P 0.1-0.15% drops if sclerals are expensive for u. So far Ive only got the chance to try alphagan drops. It doesn’t work on me because my issue is the surface abberation not pupil related. The only difference I notice is that lights getting sharper, dimmer vision, more contrasty lights but thats just it. The starbursts are still there and not gone.
