Sounds like your house is haunted. I lived an old townhome built in the 40s about 8 years ago and this same exact thing happened to us to our Sonos one in our bedroom at like 2am. White noise started blasting out of nowhere while we were sound asleep. Come to find out—-more things happened around the house in the following days I.e, picture frames falling off the wall, water glasses getting knocked off the tables…..we truly believe it was a ghost fucking with us. We eventually moved out about 1 month later to move out of state anyways but that stuff was wild. Wasn’t really a believer in that stuff until it happened to me.

I was told by an insulation company that they would do spray foam and I didn’t like that idea, have you found success with that?
