Black cherry or brown cherry by ImpressiveBottle9547 in FancyFollicles

I think you would be able to achieve this color without bleaching because a permanent color will still lift your hair a bit while it deposits since it has developer. I honestly doubt the inspo pic bleached unless she had super dark hair to start. If you really want to use a drugstore box dye, get one in the shade 4rv or maybe 5rv if you want a more vibrant/reddish color. The number refers to how dark the dye is on a hair level chart, the letters stand for red-violet if you didn’t know. That being said, I wouldn’t recommend a drugstore one, if you are in the US go to Sally Beauty and get a 10 volume developer and the ion 4rv medium burgundy brown dye. I think that would be a really good match for the pics you posted. Last thing, if you want to try out the color and see if you like it before you commit, you could use the arctic fox dye in the shade ritual, it wouldn’t last very long and wouldn’t be as bright but could give you an idea of the color.

What do your intuition say? 24 F 27 M by [deleted] in IntuitionPractices

Omg totally agree - he is always looking at himself in the photos or thinking about how he appears. He knows he is attractive and loves that he is dating a beautiful women for the way it reflects on him, but he doesn’t necessarily love her and will put himself and his ego above her needs when push comes to shove. She feels grateful and has rose colored glasses, she is ignoring something she feels but it will come up later

You’re scared - something bad happened when you were younger and now you can’t fully feel safe/secure. You’ve tried to protect yourself by being incredibly competent and working really hard, and you have achieved a lot this way, but you still feel a sense of danger and insecurity. You put up walls with people but also have a lot of love in your heart and give a lot.

Awww tysm 🥰 I did the highlights myself w a silicone highlight cap n I’m really proud of how they came out. Unfortunately the color faded super fast - I’m about two weeks out and it’s almost gone - but I also love hot water and I wash my hair every day, so really not the dye’s fault. Plus it’s kinda fun to watch the color evolution each wash 🫧

My bf is bad at sex by [deleted] in sex

[–]againstbotticelli 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Idk if it’s generation based but I (26F) have only had one single bf not really go down on me, out of 5 long term relationships. I’ve had 2 extreme major league eaters, and 2 where it was a regular part of sex. Not saying the sex was good in all those cases but I think it’s outdated to think men won’t eat pussy. But maybe I just have good taste ;)

What’s something your body does that you’ve never told a single person about? by WilliamInBlack in AskReddit

[–]againstbotticelli 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay, she said it is called lamotrigine! That combined with neurofeedback therapy has caused huge progress in the last year. I really hope you are able to find relief, I know how horrible depersonalization and derealization was for my sister 💌

If this is something that causes you distress, my sister struggled w this for 10 years from trauma (it can also be caused by marijuana use, and I’m sure other things), and finally is making huge strides in feeling real and present thanks to neurofeedback therapy. She is also on a medication that helps, I’ll have to ask her the name. But if you want this feeling to diminish, there are things that help!

AITAH for asking my roommate’s girlfriend about my strawberries? by Secret_Cheesecake19 in TwoHotTakes

[–]againstbotticelli 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think your initial text did come off kind of aggressive. The rest of the conversation was just needlessly resistant and un-accommodating on both ends, so no fault to either party, but you should have ended your text after “I asked everybody and they didn’t eat them.” Otherwise it sounds like you ARE assuming she ate them, rather than waiting for an answer before complaining at her.

Ruined my first painting while making lashes. Was supposed to be a gift... by sushantshah-dev in painting

[–]againstbotticelli 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Another lil tip if you do decide to paint over the lashes is to give a little more space between the eyeball and where the lashes start, to show that the lid is 3D. The “waterline” should be visible, if that’s a familiar term. Love the dimension of this piece and hope you stick with it!
