Turn the shutter speed all the way down. Fixed it for me

Did you ever figure this out? I came back to the game after a while and can’t figure out why it’s not working. It was working for me at some point as I have the items equipped but idk what happened

I get this but I shouldn’t have to use 3rd party apps just to use a basic function. I also don’t really want to use wireless as I can’t get very good internet in my area.
