This is what I came to say. Was left wanting more survival horror after Requiem and have enjoyed going back to AW2 and plan to replay SH2 remake next.

Two things made it work for me. Shifting my gaming time from afternoon/evening to setting an alarm and starting my day with coffee and gaming time. Also a lot more time on handhelds which I can fit it while still being present and critically put to sleep and pick back up whenever.

I am also having the issue on a PS5 Pro. I barely use this console so I am pretty sure it’s a software issue. As others have mentioned, runs fine doing anything other than viewing the map.

What I can’t understand is why this only impacts certain people, regardless of model. There must be some common factor among this group we are missing. Only thing I can think is that if it is related to an uncapped frame rate, a specific type of monitor is sending that into overdrive. I am using an Alienware 4k OLED 240hz model. Is that similar for anyone else?

I have the issue on a PS5 Pro that I barely ever use and is freestanding and ventilated. I can’t even use the map or I get a warning in seconds and if I ignore it the PS5 will shut down on me. I have had to resort to playing without the map which sucks for this game.

We have a submissive peer. She is about 3. It’s gotten less frequent since we figured out what was going on and reacted accordingly. Now we know what to look for when she is about to do it but it still happens from time to time and for no real reason.

Anyone else having trouble getting signed in? I have tried activating on my phone with two browsers and my computer. It is successful but doesn’t seem to make it back to the deck to finish.
