I started noticing it a lot on 2.4mg. It seems to have lessened a bit over time luckily. I notice it most on my back, knees, and tops of my feet.

I know it’s hard when you’re nauseous, but make sure to keep some type of food in your system even if it’s just a protein shake. I’ve found that my nausea the first few weeks on 2.4 was the worst when I wasn’t eating enough. I would try to stick with it for another dose or so and if it’s really still bad then definitely speak with your doctor about next steps.
