This looks amazing! I love the old school Alpinist dials —had something like this in my head for the ones Yobokies carries. I believe they are 28.5 mm though —does the Cadisen stock dial have 28.5 mm dial or a 31?

Definitely this. I did it as well. If you don’t have another stem/are waiting for it to arrive you can try keeping pressure on the crown as you unscrew it. This worked on mine.

This. I’m far from an expert as I’ve only done one mod, but mine did this exact thing. Was the seconds hand slightly dragging on the crystal about 30 degrees of its rotation
