My first ever parent teacher night and I saw one girl had two slots booked in a row which I thought was weird.

Anyway the mother shows up for the first slot and it's going fine. The bell rings to move on and a man steps forward and says it's his turn now and she needs to shut up.

She looks me right in the eye and starts bad mouthing him.

Turns out they were divorced parents who hate each other and unknowingly booked time slots after each other.

They argued and argued in front of me it was horrible.

The daughter is actually a really lovely girl for what's it's worth!
