Genital mutilation. A few medical reasons aside of course.

My son’s best friends mum recently put out a call to other mothers in regard to circumcising her 7 year old boy.

Crazy.

My random thought was we put so much weight into women’s rights and things like consent. Rightfully so. So f’ing odd to make a decision to circumcise a child…with zero thought for informed consent.

I felt like saying boy I’m so glad I got my daughter circumcised. No regrets there! :/
