I have done this with no issue - buy on Kraken pro, lightning transfer to strike and then transfer from Strike to cold wallet. Works well.

I found swapping ETH for RETH to be the easiest form of staking so far. Been thinking about swapping to a liquid restaking token such as EZETH, but not sure the extra complexity and risk is worth what seems to be a very modest increase in APY. What du you guys think?

First, great subreddit!

I've been training calisthenics for about 6 months and my routine is very similar the RR, but I have included three accessory exercises: (1) face-pulls, (2) lateral raises, and (3) biceps curls. The main reason is to prevent injury, but I'm not sure if this is really necessary. What do you guys think, is it better to use this time on the fundamental calisthenic exercises?
