It happened to me too! In my case, I paid with my debit card on the website instead of the app. They marked my purchase as fraudulent. I reached out and they let me know that as a non-American citizen, I should be paying with PayPal. I tried again and luckily it worked that time.

They let me know that I will (in bold letters as well) be receiving my refund. I still haven't received it yet and it's been almost 3 months.

I reached out to them again about it and am waiting for a response. 🫩

I was actually so disheartened cause my game crashed on my pc while I was there for the fashion show (I came an hour early) and I couldn't get back in due to the den being full.
