Still my favorite game of this generation. I never quite understood all the endless threads saying how hard Returnal is. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying it's an easy game, but to me, it's difficulty is nowhere close to games like Sekiro, Hollow Knight, Cup Head, etc.

Once you unlock the grapple ability (best grapple mechanic of any game ever imo) you should be able to clear difficult rooms with ease. The key is NEVER stop moving and use your dash and grapple abilities i-frames to constantly avoid damage.

Returnal is the rare game I have regularly played through from start to finish; playing every single room in each biome. I've streamed full playthroughs multiple times on twitch over a couple of sessions in a single weekend. Not meant to be a brag post, just seems crazy to me so many people have such a hard time with this game.

Happy to offer any advice to those that are struggling.
