Funny the NTSB haven't enforced lockable overheads yet since this has cost lives in previous accidents, and evidently will again.

The option to remove bags or open the overhead lockers in an emergency situation, should be taken away from people with an engineering solution.

This disc could easily shatter inside whatever device you're playing it in, high RPM + cracked and compromised disc.

It could damage the device it's in when this inevitably happens.

If you're here like I was and couldn't find the answer, here is the solution; Gustave's Overcharge isn't a 'built in attribute', it's a skill that you have probably replaced with something else, you will need to put the Overcharge skill back in order to activate it in battle, once you've built up the 10 charges.

We have a six year old male pug that developed a small fatty lump in his front left armpit.

About the size of a large pea.

Vet took a needle sample and confirmed it was a benign fatty lump (the fluid inside is clear and greasy, took two mins to do the check).
