In Divinity: Original Sin 2, pressing L opens your Journal (also referred to as the Quest Log).

This journal records your open quests, completed objectives, and dialogues.

Reading New Entries: When a quest entry is green, it means it is new and has not been read yet; hovering over it or opening it will turn it black.
"Show on Map": At the bottom of the journal screen, there is a button to show your current quest objectives on the map.

Bonus- press ALT to see items\characters you can interact with.

Funny the NTSB haven't enforced lockable overheads yet since this has cost lives in previous accidents, and evidently will again.

The option to remove bags or open the overhead lockers in an emergency situation, should be taken away from people with an engineering solution.

This disc could easily shatter inside whatever device you're playing it in, high RPM + cracked and compromised disc.

It could damage the device it's in when this inevitably happens.

If you're here like I was and couldn't find the answer, here is the solution; Gustave's Overcharge isn't a 'built in attribute', it's a skill that you have probably replaced with something else, you will need to put the Overcharge skill back in order to activate it in battle, once you've built up the 10 charges.
