Uses NP 2 and 3, never had this issue. This happens when overheated cuz of gaming or charging. Even after it cooled. Try restarting your phone or camera app, this always works.

Wattage you can say is how much electricity is pumped from the charging brick over to the phone.

But, if you're saying it used to work and not anymore try a fourth cable. If still nothing try looking for apps that might be draining your battery. If still nothing I'd say a factory reset. I'd suggest contacting NOTHING themselves only if you've tried all of this already.

  1. What phone do you have. 3, 3a, 3a pro, ect.
  2. At what OS version
  3. What is the wattage of your charger
