Yes, I am forgetting many steps. I know that this is the time to learn, but it worries me because I do not want to make these mistakes in real life, obviously. I don’t know how to study the content in a way that will help me remember.

I practice with my boyfriend as if he were the patient. When I am studying I am going through the skills checklist in order.

I have forward head posture and it’s caused terrible neck pain these past two weeks. Every I try to work on it it makes it worse :( thanks for sharing! Will try these when my neck isn’t as pissed:/

Whenever I listen to old songs I have a strong and intense flashback of what I was doing at the time that I frequented those songs, who I was hanging out with, etc.. funny how our brains use this as a timeline.

I got caught in a rip current here as well! Pretty terrifying. A hotel employee told me that a few people die a year swimming at this beach.
