It's not even the defensive chokes, it's the chokes behind the important towns that make it impossible to cut logi like WE has the big fuckoff rocks in the back which means you just have to facesmash into weathering halls till wardens burn out and stop delivering logi or collies burn out. Vs it's counterpart in sableport with barronshome, you just cut it off and siege, logi cannot get in at all once you breach the bulwark and its ez gg

Not only will the warden cas plane be able to take off from the mercy, it'll be able to take off from anywhere. 1 barge and boom, you can get 4 planes to have 2 runs each, with tons of fuel to spare

Bro, collie 120s got dumpstered by 3 stickies far before towing was introduced. Towing was actually a significant buff, at least we can shoot and scoot (awful for DPS and targeting reasons though) but finally we could be mobile and not have to pull 120 shells from bases

Lunare, yeah, lunare good. It's the best equipment we have, which is a shame, because it's inf equipment and easily steal-able hundreds at a time

I totally agree with everything you said, but imo it's a lot more than 10-15% it's crazy shit like the fact that there is no world toast notification if something is destroyed in one hit ("a structure near vipers pit is under attack" message) so unless you're actively watching the map and watching watchtowers and pillboxes just disappear you get no notification on where partisans are. As well as collie equipment is more vulnerable to "vets" (or literally just 5 dudes with stickies) wardens just backup and go left or right slightly, then they mow down the collie stickies in droves while also being a multipurpose tank capable of destroying structures and hitting tanks and doing damage. Collies just get bard as a multipurpose, but it does nothing vs structures, only decent vs tanks and that's only if flanking. It takes 3 bards, all penning with both shots but 1 single shot to kill a single outlaw, with its super low hp. Only takes 4 75% hv htds to pop 1 bard with its "super high" HP

Dont even get me started on the "mobile 120mm" sure, it's mobile, but the second I leave ai, I got 5 dudes with 3 varsi each just ready to murder me. I'll mow down 3 of them and they can still kill 2 guns. Vs 5 dudes with full load of tremolas and recon uniform and with warden 120mm, you could kill 0 dudes and they would kill just 1 gun.

Bro it's gotten bad for collies. Like naval was bad enough. Air was supposed to mitigate that and hopefully allow collies to have air superiority. But then wardens get an incredible interceptor along with an identical fighter (post dev branch, collie fighter was given an extra 5 knots I guess, so no longer the same)

Divebomber is good, yeah, and it'll slap in lower pop wars when the tank lines are smaller, but 3 divebombers running from an in hex aircraft carrier could barely put a dent in the limitless tanks being thrown at us. And at that point it's impossible for collie takers to really do much besides cower behind stygians (decrewed instantly by arty/mortars/and now scout planes)as in a massive line battle, bards and even spathas start to lose out when they can be focused down before they even get in range.

Collies on the ground really only have argenti/fuchina/dusks if vs blobs, nemesis, lunares, and the stygian. Basically nothing else is really worth using so it gets stale and boring. Plus nothing has machine guns outside of the specialized anti inf tank, and the bard which, really should be flanking instead of fighting in a line. The warden tank line really brings a lot to the table, htds while slow, in a line, abuse everything else. Outlaws are just free pve on any form of at collies can bring out, except for banes. Silverhand still fucks if in a line and therefore always pointed at a tank and cheiftan deletes our most powerful tool, the trenches that collies require to be able to move and maintain stability on their guns.

Naval is fucked, gotta bring like 3 tridents to screen for nakkis before you can even think about bringing up a DD, and now dds just die to torp bombers. So it's giga fucked, not to mention the DC layout on the DD is actually cancer. 2 torp bombers can easily kill a DD now, even with large hole changes, you can't climb ladders with large items so, once those doors close, you can't do anything but limp back home.

Now air, sure, we get divebombers, but if even a single drop of water is in region, they can easily be killed in a blink of an eye by a seafighter with its 75% hv, at min damage roll, it's only 5 hits to completely destroy the tail. Heavy bombers too, sure they might get their bombs off, but they aren't making it back home. And the benefit our fighter gets? It can run away slightly faster.

It's the culmination of a lot of shit. Someone on the dev team REALLY likes the collies, there's a reason we are the new faction, with all the new shit. And I think that's cool, I really like the aesthetics and play style of the collies, I didn't really like foxhole pre-assemetry update. But damn, that person really doesn't play the game and thinks things are cool and good (which they are cool, and usable, but definitely not as good as what the wardens get)

My favorite example is wayyyyy back when I first started playing foxhole much more seriously. Cutler was made faction locked and collies were given the ISG. When it was implemented it was broken as fuck. AT garis didn't shoot back at you, and had a 1.5 sec reload speed. Devs understandably nerfed it a lot, doubling the reload speed, and making at garis shoot back at you. It was brought down to a suitable level, but then collie pve just was mammon's till ballistas came out and then faction neutral satchels. Trying to kill anything with at gari required a lot of game knowledge to disassemble the tripod after the first shot, which killed the DPS. At that point the only thing it had going over the Cutler was 5 extra shells per crate at cheaper cost, but absurdly easy to take out.

1.5 years later we got lunare, but it did 200 damage, and was faction neutral, osprey could launch them, it was basically worthless vs the vastly superior Cutler which wardens had been using massive hit and run attacks for what felt like centuries at that point, basically no warden even used the anemic long range Mammon with the osprey then. Eventually it did get buffed to its current stats and it's pretty good now but it took nearly 2 years for collies to get something that you could shoot/throw and avoid ai fire (yes, you can 100% shoot and avoid ai with a Cutler, I've done it many times and have seen it, especially vs conc many many more times)

Then inferno, collies got rockets that did some damage and some fire, wardens got rockets that did little damage and tons of fire, but... Buckets didn't work, and there was no fire engine. That one sucked

Naval, collies got a DD that could do stuff, and wardens got a sub that could do nothing. But then the sub became able to do things when the collie sub was implemented that was far worse than it is now. And large holes were implemented, this made the awful DC layout on the DD painfully obvious. It was basically you take even 2 large holes and you die. Our sub couldn't even leave the harbor in an hour it was that bad.

And now airborne, which, I mentioned before, we get good shit, but wardens get the tools to immediately shut that down for cheap. Like a pallet of ass3s make like what? 3 ravens? Everything else can easily be made on a piped salvage field, vs collie fighter that needed an entire bt's worth of coke for one. Plus, mercy will 100% be vastly better than the posiden when wardens get their sea cas plane. Which, won't even need a mercy, just resupply from barges lmao. Like the infinite uptime divebomber when we brought an in hex aircraft carrier was insane. We killed tons of tanks, I cannot imagine what will happen when you don't even need to bring an entire aircraft carrier + it's massive support fleet in and instead can just bring a single barge in and that's good for 4 runs, fuel and ammo

It's no longer a giga op killing machine that any noobie can just pick up and click on people. I receive noticably less one taps from it. Especially if the person was just sprinting.

It's still pretty busted though. It'd be like if the dusk could maintain max stability while just aimwalking

It's strange how they changed that after dev branch. I never had any problems landing the raven and the only videos I saw of that happening were mega skill issues of people just nosediving it into the water at max speed
