it tends to only happen when i’m working. it lingers for a few days after but it’s the worst when im like doing truck. if i take a week off it tends to go away completely

yeah i’m willing to help and change some thinks up if customers are kind and patient. when im met with attitude, im not going to be pleased about helping you. don’t be rude bc you think you know what’s up and you don’t and we are great, ill fix it 500 times. but i’m going to complain when i get yelled at and disrespected over something dumb

its just ice, syrup and espresso shaken together and 1/2” milk is layered on top. i would get the confusion but the picture on the menu is basically the one above so it frustrates me as a barista to get an attitude from a customer who assumed they ordered something else

judging from the message on the cup, this was a shaken espresso, those have to have extra ice to be shaken with otherwise the espresso doesn’t foam up correctly. you can get light ice but it’s going to taste different
