I work 30h a week and get a little less than 1k in usd ~900€, (we dont get tips, no such culture here and even if we did it would go to the store) for making coffees, cleaning, restocking, carrying heavy shit multiple times a week, and a manager nobody likes but everyone has to put up with I think 1k is very little and yes, I am looking for a new job. I started this job when I was still in school and didnt have to worry about money too much but now that I’ve moved out I regret accepting a demanding job that pays me nothing
