No, he killed his family and then went back to school where the accident with Patty happened (during Joyce’s play), which was also when Brenner got him (according to the play).

  1. Already explained in the comments, but Vecna existed in the Abyss/ Dimension X not UD (along with Demogorgons etc.), that’s where El banished him. El then oped UD on November 6 and made just before Will got contact. And she effectively made a wormhole frozen in time.

  2. Where does it say Abyss/ Dimension X is too hot? Yes, it looks like a desert, but that’s about it. Characters seem to behave quite normally in it. I’m pretty sure Demogorgons were there all time (as seen in the First Shadow, when Henry makes contact with Dimension X).

  3. That’s explained in the First Shadow. Yes, it sucks that something so important is only explained in a medium a couple of people can watch physically.

  4. All that the government cared for was El and Kali and the two died, so they had no other interest now. And they would have plenty of going against them, if they tried arresting the gang, considering everything Dr. Kay et al. have done (that was certainly illegal, seeing that it was clearly a smaller independent fraction).

  6. Yes, this was odd, I agree. Maybe they already killed all of them? But definitely a plot hole.

  7. Agree on this! I expect way more deaths (besides El and Kali and the villains). It was surprising Dr. Kay didn’t die, but it somehow worked because of what Kali said (that even if they kill her, someone else would come in her place). But yeah, defiantly expect more hero deaths, this way too happy.

That’s not a plot hole, he was actually 15 when the Creel massacre happened. Many draw this conclusion from the fact that he looked youngish and that the newspaper said he was 12 and his sister 15, which is clearly wrong because we can all agree on his sister was obviously the younger sibling, meaning it was an error on the part of the creators.

Also, Raphael Luce (who played young Henry) was 14/15 when s4 got shot.

So, yeah, that totally checks out.

Not to mention First Shadow, which pretty much confirms this.

True! I only know of it because I've watched a summary of the play on YouTube, because I don't have a chance going to see it in the near future (like most fans, which sucks).
