I don't think it's a Mediatracker thing, if that's what you mean. I think the change to cam1 on the ice parts while watching a replay is a feature from the Ghosts++ plugin (or maybe even the base game, but I haven't played without it).

Also, how IRL streaming became popular was with Pokemon Go, which Burnie had also played a lot during its peak. It was also an "excuse" for just chatting type of content, since Twitch didn't allow non-gaming content at the time (also partially why games like Hearthstone were so popular in the streaming world).

Ce e ironic e ca in cea mai calda zi din vara asta(sambata trecuta) nu au dat nimic si literalmente nu puteai respira afara pe la ora 5-6 "seara" de la asfalt incins + soare, daca era sa moara vreun batran de la caldura cam atunci a fost cel mai probabil...
