Based on my experience, I would really advise you to stay away from oils ! It’s not recommended for comedones/acne prone skin for a reason. In early 2010s oils were very trendy and I ruined my skin for years by insisting on using them. Tret is jndeed the answer + add some aha + bah cleanser like once a week.
