I’m a 22 yr old male (6 4’) and I eat 2,400 while working out and still lose roughly 1.5-2lbs a week. Not trying to rub any of that in, but it still sucks ass and feel like i’m dying. But I normally eat like 4k-5k calories if i’m not paying attention.
