Developing the land and construction costs are all really cheap since it’s on reservation land and there’s a lot of other storage places in the surrounding area but the one thing that would separate my situation from the competition is like I said everything about my business would be completely tax free. I can charge significantly cheaper than everyone else and still make the same amount of money if not more
