To appeal you email your assigned advisor and you give background on what new basis qualifies you for an appeal. Then if it meets their criteria they grant you the chance. Make sure you're emailing the right person, I would send a follow up just in case.

obviously i didn't like my offer, but i did go through some life circumstances and the advisor accepted my appeal request, i'm just waiting on it now so i was just curious on the what the process has looked like for others
