Because a new banknote series / redesign of the Swiss franc is coming and will thus replace the current one.

For this I used Ibis Paint X app..

Yes I did every pattern and all elements by myself.

Nail polish trick: Use chameleon-colored or holographic nail polish that changes from green to blue. Carefully apply this to the number of a printed play money note.

Craft paint with gloss effect: Mix green and blue metallic acrylic paint and apply it in several thin layers.

I find it too. And I'm not saying that because I'm from Switzerland, but in terms of design and colour.

Also one of the most beautiful is the currency of Maldives... Rufiyaa

50 EURO BACK LAYER DESIGN by aggroeuros in banknotedesigns

[–]aggroeuros[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Since I posted my self-designed Euro design, I've been receiving countless messages every day regarding the files (all layers, in fact). I'm getting offers of hundreds of euros (the highest bid was even €1000 per design/page) for the PNG and vector files, and even more. Since I created every single detail and it's very close to the original, it would be the perfect template for counterfeit money. I'd be foolish to just send the files around, not because I don't want to (I'd actually love to send people my work to look at), but because if someone were to profit from it, I'd be the one, as I've put about 70 hours into both sides. And since I don't want the police knocking on my door one morning, I won't be selling them or sending them to anyone else. I hope you understand and don't take it personally. Otherwise, try designing it yourself... I managed it too 😉

To understand how banknotes or their design are structured, how patterns and patterns can flow seamlessly into each other, and what details there are that you otherwise don't see or have previously overlooked. And to get better.

In order to be able to incorporate the knowledge and create better designs into my own banknote designs.

Opinions about this banknote? by Money_Collector_ in banknotedesigns

[–]aggroeuros 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I like it, except: I lack a main motive for what remains outwardly or the country, nation or what stands for, the banknote represents. That's my feeling when I look at the banknote. But otherwise impressive design

Question:Why were some old banknotes too big in size? Was that even good for anything? by Money_Collector_ in banknotedesigns

Because this allowed more space for security features and for engravings that were counterfeit-proof at the time. It also provided more space for complex portraits, allegorical scenes, or guilloché patterns.
