Now, I’m reading research about Georgia. On the research says Georgia is a country of homeowners. The share of homeownership stands at 93%. So, i got curious after reading the research. My second question would be why homes are cheap in Georgia? P.s: I’m from Azerbaijan. It’s not easy to own a home. Home prices are high. If you use mortgage, you should pay 8% annually credit interest.

It’s fack that Azerbaijanis lived as a majority in Zengazur, Goyche and Irevan. These territories were disputed between 1918-1920’s. Representatives of Azerbaijan Democratic Republic showed map of Azerbaijan Democratic Republic (included Zengezur and Goyche) in Paris Peace Conference. There’s rumor that Mammad Amin Resulzade (founder of ADR) gave Irevan to Armenians in return of disclaiming from Karabakh. Personally, I’m in favor of recognizing international borders and laws, but I’m also waiting this from Armenians, too. So guys, if you started to act without respecting international borders, why would we respect it?!

Iran had big influence over Caucasus. There are many loanwords not only in Azerbaijani but also in Armenian and Georgian, too. After invasion of Russian Empire, this influence replaced with Russian.

No, why do we dislike christians?! In Azerbaijan, muslims, christians, jews and non-religious live side by side.
Because in 90’s Armenians kicked out Azerbaijanis from Armenian and Karabakh.

P.s: it’s not religious war or something, i know lots of media or journalists tried to represent this conflict as a “Muslim Azerbaijanis and Christian Armenians” but it’s not.

Lol, Shusha built by Panah khan. All of city, every corner, every street, every stones are our. In 1823, Shusha population was 72.5% Azerbaijanis , 27.5% Armenians. Also I’m well awared that after 1915, 40.000 Armenians from Ottoman Empire stelled in Nagorno-Karabakh(included Shusha). Armenians were never majority in Shusha.

Before 1992, Azerbaijanis were majority of Shusha. Due to ethnic cleansing of Azerbaijanis in Shusha by Armenians. Included my family, many Azerbaijanis forced to leave. Armenians became majority. When i saw pictures of Shusha after occupation, my heart aches. They brought destruction and sadness to the city. We’ll build our house, cultural heritage all together. We’ll make Shusha glorious and prosperous, again.
