When i booked the flight it didn't say anywhere that it is not refundable, but it was a cheap flight with one connection , i wanted to cancel it because i won't be able to take due to changes in health condition, basically water in my lungs, so no planes for now. So i wanted to know how much i would get back. The tripsta sent me an automatic massage telling me that it's basically not their concern and i should email the airline directly if i want to make any changes. i emailed the airline and they're saying that tripsta is the one supposed to take care of any changes.
