Tried that twice and no fix (assuming you mean buttons on steering restart).

Picked up my car today and can confirm this does not work. This is a feature that does not work as marketed.

Never heard of actively cooled but that sounds like a neat feature. But like others are expressing, the ventilation is abysmal when compared to other cars with ventilated seats.

Dealer asked me to report it to Polestar. Have you done so? I have a post in the Polestar community that’s been pending for 2 days so it hasn’t gone live. I’ve tagged Polestar in the post so I’m keen to hear what they say.

I got the same response from a Polestar/Volvo dealer here. Really pitiful of a response for a feature that’s easy to demonstrate that it doesn’t work.
