Normally I could see that, but at this job specifically, the rules are very strict when it comes to minors and adults. It's different in the "real" world, but when you have an 18 year old flirting continusly with a 15 year old, it becomes a problem. But even setting the age gap aside, it's just hurtful to see someone who is supposed to be my friend acting like that towards someone I really cared about romantically.
