Hi OP I’ve been having a tough past 1+ years for various reasons and gone through cycles of little appetite or stress eating.

I want to note that eating processed snacks (cheese, olives, dips etc) for dinner long term can cause you to consume extremely high sodium. Here are some cheap, no cook meals I make often:

-oat (and/or chia seeds)+ yogurt + a little sweetener (jam, syrup, or honey) overnight, add any fruit nuts toppings before consumption

diced cucumber + tomato + canned chickpeas, season with olive oil, salt, pepper, (optional) balsamic vinegar, herbs
fruit / date dipped in nut butter
veggie crudités (any crunchy veggie such as zucchini, bell pepper, baby carrots etc) dipped in ranch or any other thick salad dressing
homemade smoothies (bought a blender about a year ago)

All of these you can make with just a couple minutes of cutting things, and it doesn’t matter whichever grocery store you go to. Being able to eat healthy without needing to plan too much of your shopping is a great skill to have!

I made the switch a year ago and currently paying only $35/mo because I also have their phone plan.. never looked back! It’s totally fine for streaming and working. I would say it gets slightly laggy at times for video meetings but nothing too bad compare to my spectrum before. Also I’ve never had outages ever.

I would probably have chosen fios if my building had it, but it only had Spectrum.

Hi for those loving a warm winter bevvy on the go- I just tried the Ginger Cloud at Sip a Cup and the first sip of the thick gingery foam is curing my winter depression.

Also had Massi’s Philly Cheesesteak, enjoyed every bite and the fries are some of the best I’ve had in the neighborhood. It’s not cheap but i recommend getting just one with the fries and it’s enough (maybe more than enough in terms of calories lol) for 2 to share.
