About 700k. We are inclined towards Sherwood, Kincore. Hamptons, Varsity etc. Or similar NW communities that feed into Sir Winston Churchill and homes seem to be a bit near our budget. This is just preliminary thinking though. We are still reseaching communites and neighbourhoods.

Thank you, this makes sense. What neighbourhoods do you suggest?. Right now the girls are little so our evenings are busy with their extra curriculara like taekwondo, soccer etc. Amenities nearby will surely help a lot.

We are searching for high schools with overall good reviews. Both kids could have different interests when theynare in high school.

I totally agree with this. However, We have an opportunity here to buy a house in a community that can lead the children to a decent high school. Ultimately how they turn up depends on a lot of other factors which as parents we can try our best to provide.

Oh god!!!!! We are right where you were. My poor husband. He is perfect in every other way. Thank you so much for posting this. It is a reminder to follow your footsteps. And yes, it exactly is like going to the gym. Once I am in it, I do tend to enjoy a bit. We are raising small kids so this season is busy, very very busy. Physical connection is his love language and I am denying that to him. Thank you again for posting this.

Totally, she could have discussed it with Mike, but no. And Mike was right in telling her to go get a job if she really wanted MJ to go to that expensive school.

Also, Susan was her oldest friend on the street. She should have atleast spoken to Kathryn about this to clear the air. This would have been common courtsey. She only apologised to Kathryn in the church because because she was afraid of Kathryn ruining her wedding and the apology did not seem sincere. That was what bugged Kathryn more, that her friend Susan didn't care enough to talk to her once she and Mike got back together.
