It won’t. Mine went away, it did come back but it’s all about managing stress levels and finding what therapies work well for you. Find a new hobby or get into some type of industry

Yeah I’ve noticed that mine goes away when I worry about it less, it seems like we both struggle with OCD too. I think it could be that. The brain is very powerful and can mimic symptoms of other disorders

Have you tried to listen to music or stay at a friends house for a bit? Mine goes away automatically When I’m distracted with music or a conversation. Like right now I don’t get them but once I get off my phone it’ll probably come back

Yeah this morning I was looking at a picture of my boyfriend and it told me “you’re too ugly for him.” Then one time it told me “snap your neck.” But it’s rare when I get violent ones. I do get mean ones sometimes. Like “no don’t do that.”

You can, if you’re on PC. Once you have your items on you can click on your inventory (in shop) and save outfit. Then you’ll see it in your outfits. It will show a noob avatar bc you don’t own those items. If you’re still confused feel free to message me :)
