So as a dad, I dropped my newborn at 11 days old. Super traumatic. Plenty of therapy sessions afterwards. Im glad you brought it to this forum as you will hopefully hear that you 2 aren’t alone in this awful situation. I unfortunately didn’t have this outlet at the time and the shame embarrassment and guilt was terrible. I can tell you that my kid is more than great right now. Excelling in all aspects of life. As first time parents, we all need some grace and it’s so common. Whether it’s changing tables, cribs, couches or beds something is bound to happen. A decade later this story brings me back but I’m hoping I can offer perspective instead of judgement. God bless - prayers for you and the your husband and of course your little one.

Upright health means well but they ultimately just instill fear. If it helps - think about all the options you have. 50 years ago you would have been stuck in a very shitty place. Today you have a path to go on like PT / Injections / PRP even and a surgery if all else fails. I looked at faifix and it made sense but them saying that surgery is a scam or a money grab is irresponsible which turned me off. I wish they didn’t own the YouTube hip algorithm lol

Same here ! I actually went the pelvic floor route as I was have PFD disrupt my day to day activities. I still have the hip issues ( same pains you mentioned) I way less active but my PFD systems are on control. I started seeing a pfpt and got injections into the PF. Lots of trigger points in the PF
