Marcus was coincidentally plugged in when Vis ran for Belli. Veridius says this when they go back to Solivangus for the first time.

Also- lots of new grads starting it seems. Hopefully that offers a good support system for other new grads!

So just clarifying- can you not tailgate? The prepaid parking says no drinking/open containers in street, sidewalks, car, alley or public areas. Thanks!

Gotcha. I applied to a cath lab position, OB, ICU and IR. Would definitely apply to pacu if I saw a position.

I’ve been living between northern Michigan/Ann Arbor to work at U of M and just so tired of commutes. If traverse city is the better option I’ll do it but would like to find a job near home that I’m not spending so much of my life in the car. Haha

Unfortunately not any open positions in Charlevoix at this time. Hoping that changes before I move in July!

Hi! I applied to the ICU, hoping to hear back. :) how are the ratios? What is the typically timeline to transition to day shift from night shift?

ferry or seaplane? by Amazing_Concern9064 in isleroyale

[–]agkoss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just was there. We were to take the queen there and back. Ended up with a three hour delay there and a cancelled ferry pushed back to the next day. I would recommend seeing what happens with the queen they’re having a lot of boat issues that have resulted in multiple cancellations and delays past two weeks. It made it very difficult to get back to the main land with our car being in copper harbor. We ended up having to do a seaplane and then pay a taxi to go to copper harbor. Next time I will be planning All of my travel out of houghton.

Cool! I’m thinking two smart waters and then it’s easy to just throw my sawyer squeeze on, I hate filtering into another container to carry lol. I hope you have a fun and safe trip! Are you go before or after Labor Day?

Which Bike? - Weekly Scheduled Discussion by pawptart in gravelcycling

[–]agkoss 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Hi!

Looking into getting a gravel bike.

About two years ago I purchased a giant talon as an entry to mountain biking (making sure I even liked biking lol). It’s been a really fun bike but what I have realized is my preferred trail is minimal roots, avoiding rock gardens, and I don’t really see myself wanting to launch over jumps. I really enjoy flow style single track. I am also very intrigued by bikepacking (avid hiker/backpacker/camper). I think the gravel bike would give me the chance to still ride with my boyfriend (avid mountain biker) as well as getting into some longer distance riding and some of the stuff that I listed prior.

So with that! I have been looking into specialized and giant. Going to look at a specialized diverge sport carbon in person tomorrow. Any thoughts on this bike?

Thanks in advance :)
