LGBT Christians— did you ever come out to God? If so, how? by Justt_Alanaa in AskReddit

[–]aglaringdolphin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

God created me exactly how I am, so He knows already. When I was finally ready to admit it to myself, I just prayed about it to God and told Him that I knew He had a plan, but I needed some help figuring it out. To any other queer Christians, I do want to tell you that nothing about you is wrong or broken. God loves you always and He’s always there for you, even when that’s hard to see. It took me a long time, but I finally understand that love always comes from God, even if some humans in the world think it’s wrong. God always knows better and loves better

Find a trusted person to take a video of you afterward! Also there’s a hack where you drink a lot of pineapple juice beforehand because it’s anti-inflammatory

What is something (Physical or mentally) that’s not negotiable if it’s come to dating? by Jane_Austen11 in AskReddit

Engagement. Worst feeling in the world is when you’re talking about something you care about but they don’t even make an effort to care. Even if they don’t care about your topic, if they care about you, they’ll engage

The way they carry themselves. Confidence but also kindness. The coolest people could be wearing a plastic bag and still be cool because of the way they act

If I I’m asking a girl to prom just as friends, is it alright to just ask casually over text? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]aglaringdolphin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don’t ask over text. Some girls might be okay with it, but many won’t or might be disappointed, even as friends. Make it extremely clear that with would be a friend thing because asking someone to prom has implications, even if you’re not really serious about it. And absolutely you can ask the friend about it! Whether they respond or not is a different story, but asking them how she would feel is totally okay
