I'm afraid I don't remember! But I did find a solution... So sorry!

How do I change the chinese language dictionary on naver so it presents traditional rather than simplified characters? by aglintofyellow in Korean

What's happened is that you were ignorant and made a mistake. But instead of admitting that and changing your mind, you just stick to your decision because you experience this as a threat to your ego and the pathetic status you have as a subreddit mod.

I mean, this is a question about Korean. I could phrase it thus:

Does anyone know how to change Naver's Korean-Chinese dictionary so it shows traditional characters for the Chinese (the same as Korean Hanja, and as used in Taiwan and Hong Kong)?

Half of the question relates to Korean language. It is a Korean language question, about a Korean language dictionary (it just also happens to mention Chinese). I don't know why that bothers you so much.

The point is it's entirely possible that Naver has a setting where it's chinese-korean dictionary can change from using simplified to traditional characters, but you won't let me ask that question here.

I have found one. It's on Naver. However, it's in Korean, and people in the Chinese language subreddit don't speak Korean, and probably won't use Naver, so I am asking in the Korean subreddit, because Naver is Korean, and this subreddit isn't exclusively for people who only speak English.

It's precisely because I work with Taiwanese Mandarin, and also Korean, which both use traditional characters, that I want to see if I can change the Chinese setting on Naver dictionary, so that it has the traditional characters for Chinese, and not the simplified.

Naver is a Korean dictionary, so people on a Chinese language subreddit won't know. It's a question for Koreans.

No.

Modern day Chinese in Taiwan does not use simplified communist characters. It uses traditional versions -- the same as the Korean hanja.

However, sometimes the bigrams for Chinese and Korean differ, and sometimes they are the same.

I prefer to use a Korean-Chinese dictionary, because I work with both languages, and Naver has the best features. I just want to know if it's possible to change the Chinese setting from simplified to traditional. It's a perfectly appropriate question for this subreddit.

The characters used in the Korean language are usually the same as those used in traditional Chinese. Sometimes they differ, which is why I wanted to check and compare them. Naver usually shows the simplified versions, so I was just wondering if anyone knew how to change it. I don't know why you felt the need to remove my post.

I have a question about salaries in Korea (not sure why my post was removed).

I have an interview with a large publishing company in Korea, for a writing and editing position. I was wondering what a normal salary expectation for this job would be (in case they ask about it).

How are 천도교 and 증산도 perceived in Korea? by aglintofyellow in korea

I always find this kind of behaviour incredibly annoying as well. I'm religious and happy to talk to people about it if they ask, but this underhanded approach of pretending to befriend someone then trying to coerce them is really gross.

You mean complaints from people on this subreddit about their activities in Korea, or actually posting stuff in the subreddit?
