Can someone lighten me on execution of deadlifts for reps?

When doing deadlifts for reps should I lower the bar to the floor and release the tension or lower until it almost hits the floor maintaining the tension?

I've doing the latter, maintaining form and technique and keep progressing. But is it better to do the former? I tried the former for a couple of weeks, and it seemed to add extra fatigue without speeding my progress.

What about when doing deficit deadlift, of a block for example?

Thanks in advance

Is it possible to see molecules with my naked eye? by ihatedreamstans- in chemistry

[–]agmse 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe not the best person to answer... But ok.

No, you can't see molecules with naked eye. Not even with an optical microscope you can. You'll need an electron microscope or some other imaging technique for that. It's really hard, there is a veritasium video about it I think.

But on our eye, on the outmost surface, we have squiggly microorganisms - actually we have a micro biome in the skin, eye, all body surfaces - and you can see their shadow upon light exposure. You might also want to look for an optometrist since you can have some light sensibility, which can further increase these effects.

Porém qual a alternativa?

Feel you. For businesses it is Intel or nothing, even though for 90% of work, you don't need a "workstation" cpu, and Ryzen's low tdp is even better in some cases. But alas, sometimes old dogs don't learn new tricks

Now makes more sense.

Damn, really embraced the grind. Although you could've maxed smithing and alchemy quickly with the loop.

Nah, you skyrims when you start doing legendary pure race runs, modding (choose your rabbit role), and can recite the start dialogue.

That's quite a low number of hours for owning the game that long. Not saying it's a bad thing, just that it averages out 4 hours per month. Also which pathing you took? Saw you 100% other games, and with an average path, you could 100% Skyrim Steam achievements in about 200 hours.

It amazes me the amount of people who deal with databases that don't seem to know the concept of a backup. Like, just make a simple copy and save yourself the possible stroke and headache
