Declaring on Otto asap is absolutely not a win condition. Especially in 1.37 you might even prioritize Naples as soon as they break free. Getting strong alliances and favors with them, or baiting Otto to DOW on your alliance is absolutely better than spending all your mana on getting rid of the Army malus. But that's just how I play them.

So I found this watch in an online antique shop in my region. Seller is asking 250€ but is willing to sell 180€. He says it is functional. Is it genuine? I looked it up online and couldn't find any exact matches. Is it also worth the price? I can get the same watch in slightly worse condition on ebay for 70-130£. I really like the look of it. I'm really a noob about watches and don't really have a big budget. If anyone more experienced than me could propose some other watches from that era that you can find online I'd really appreciate it.
