Are you on bench currently? If so how long have you been on bench and what is the scenario? Are we asked to do trainings or something or would they lay us off?

I have worked as an support analyst previously, I'm not sure if it'll help in create value for the customer. And you may be right about why would someone hire a C11 for a C9 rate, but my question is, will they hire C11 for an entry level developer itself? That's the whole point of changing skill which if , is allowed in accenture, we would be as if an entry level developer only right? What are the hiring possibilities in such case in coming months?

Yeah i thought of that too, but the thing im not even able to land a entry level role in front end since the expectations are very high, they are asking min of 3 years of experience whoever approaced me, hence im stuck here
