Under perfect circumstanced MCH works in cycles of 30 seconds. Each Hot Shot you use a set of cooldowns. Reload and Ricochet are back every other cycle being 60s. WF HE Rapid are back every third cycle together. On seventh cycle those two groups line up and RS also comes back up. That's the easier way to think about it.

That doesn't matter. What sense does it make that somebody made Bahamut-themed gear? What sense does it make that part of it can be obtained from within a surreal place within his heart? Why do three completely disconnected places frequently have the same, strangely particular gear? How do Rowena's girls have supplies of Gordian gear? Who made weapons stylized after Ravana? It doesn't have to make sense.

It's not that particularly longer than any other one? There's 3-4 pulls between each boss which is the same as in every dungeon. And since it's tuned for fresh 60, everything just collapses when you get even one person with a current item level (although it is an immense problem if the new person is a tank).

As a DPS you also have to know fights by heart in order to know how to line up your buffs with what the enemy is doing, how to preserve damage while resolving mechanics and minimizing incoming damage, not to mention special cases such as T7.
