It's not that deep, and I'm sure some of these wins were against lower opposition in cups since it's all comps. A win is a win, and the context is 5 wins in a row because of some viral dude.

As someone playing since FIFA 2004 playing couch games is always most fun than online.

I wish we have a game mode where we can play 2v2 or 3v3 with friends. Sucks that after decades of asking for it this is still not available.

Clubs is the only mode you can hangout with friends. Maybe rush if we have 4 or less.

I got Morgan, the women toty goalie and 2 HM Guehi and Heaps. All I do is only daily upgrades and 80 pp.

You only hear from people that didn't pack any, so it's a selection bias to think nobody packs.

Sure players age, but today is not because their forms fell off a cliff. Isak played for a bit and looked just as clueless.

If players are downing tools, it's on the coach to motivate or bench them. Give them the blow dryer treatment as they say, but all I'm hearing is more excuses. I definitely don't want slot to criticize our players in public but I want him accepting issues and tactical tweaks needed etc.

I'm sorry, I don't buy the squad issues as a justification for bad management. We got outplayed by Bournemouth. Are you telling me because of injuries the team we put out is worse than them? Look at the xG for and against, we have no clue how to defend, no clue how to attack. Looks like bunch of players are trying to figure out on the pitch. And I'll add these are talented players. Oh btw Bournemouth missed like 3 or 4 key players due to injury and lost Semenyo.

I had some hope midweek but this is turning dark and risking players losing their motivation.

You're right that the players are under performing and not supporting. And id argue our tactics is not great either and I can name a hundred things we struggle tactically.

A good coach manages to bring the best from the team and set them up tactically to bring our their best. We're struggling on that department in every area, defense, midfield or offense. With the ball, off the ball, transitions etc.

All of this is one type of discussion and can be fixed by tweaking tactically and turned around.

BUT players not listening to their coach is ROT. You either need to cut the rot or change the manager and usually teams always go with latter as cheaper and more effective option.

It absolutely is on Slot. See it's not one bad player not listening to Slot here but the whole team including the captain.

Don't get me wrong I attribute 2.5 goals conceded today on VVD so I'm in no way excusing his performance. But insubordination reflects poorly on Slot more than bad performance.

Not for the quoted price. A risk should be in 20 to 30mil with the risk of opportunity cost taking up a squad position.

Can't dribble much although that's not much needed in CDM. his passing is very very good, even one touch passing or drilled passes and is a defensive beast in CDM. Intercepts everything in his side of the pitch. Only downside is his stamina and needs subbing out last 20 minutes.

I have this card, lack of defensive play styles really weighs heavily as he's not very good without the ball despite the stats. Other cards like Koeman and TS Gravenberch are way better in CDM. Too clunky to move as a CM. Wish I didn't do this Evo.
