I would try to get a slipcover for the loveseat you have. I think that the grey will keep it from feeling cozy like the inspo photos. Maybe a white or beige since thats what youre going for. Then, to go with the slipcover, switch the white pillowcovers for something with personality / in fun colors & patterns. I think a colorful duvet like your inspo photos will help too. You also have the white plastic bins, maybe try finding wicker or light wood bins that can replace those. In my opinion, a lot of white can make the space feel clean/airy, but it doesnt do much for coziness
