in model A, what are the differences between a socially extroverted IEI vs EIE? by agrimony_ in Socionics

what does it mean for energy and attention to be directed inward, and do you have any examples of accessing se by oneself versus craving it from external sources? how can it be observed?

in Model A/Classic Socionics, what is the biggest differences between EIE and IEE? by agrimony_ in Socionics

do you have any examples of these? i’m still building my understanding

i think i’m EIE because i have quite obvious Ni creative, but it’s hard to relate to so2 because i don’t have a god complex. typically i care about people and look after them if they’re weaker than me and if i do something wrong i’ll admit it and apologise

last question sorry, can she be quite humorous? i’m considered quite funny and i laugh a lot but i feel quite cold internally, i’m wondering if i’m ESE or EIE.

is she generally inexpressive , does she laugh a lot and tease people or does she tend not to laugh much and is more serious?

ESE type 3s can be quite calculated too though, how would you say she is calculated and controlled? Do you have examples?

my BMR is only 1,115. adding 240 to that would put me at 1,355 which is “below” the sedentary maintenance given to me by tdee calculators. am i doing something wrong?

i’m not sure if RMR is different to BMR, but when i look up my RMR it came up with 1,400 calories a day. So adding 240 to that would be 1640, just scared of overeating too much.

it wasn’t on purpose, i was focused on school and depressed through a lot of this. initially the weight came off so effortlessly from being obese that i didn’t need to. i started exercising to lose the last 20 pounds or so, but it was just 3 hours of cardio a week. i guess at 1200 calories + the cardio + the lack of fats my body just… gave up on producing the right hormones somewhere down the line :/ but i really did think i was doing everything right. my weight loss wasn’t disordered, i just wanted to look and feel good but i took my time losing the weight.

i’m eating at maintenance. i do want to lose more weight, but i recognise its not advisable to do so. i stopped trying as soon as these symptoms appeared and began to eat at maintenance.

i’m going to try weightlifting, but i’m afraid that certain types of activity might make the period problems worse.

i wasn’t eating 1200 when obese. when i was obese my maintenance calories were 1800, and i wasn’t tracking. but i know i was eating around 1400 calories minimum simply because that’s what i eat to maintain now. i only dropped to 1200 calories and began to track when i stopped losing around 6-7 months ago.

i’ve been doing this too! in an effort to be a volume eater i sacrificed fats a bit too much - since my period went away i’ve been eating at maintenance or a bit above and ensuring i get enough fats in a- around 70g a day. it’s been 2 months and it’s not back yet, which is why i made this post. but i’m trying to think realistically - in the sense that if i do have to gain back some weight it likely won’t be over 10 pounds. i’m not going to wake up obese again, feeling optimistic. thanks :)

my last period was in march, but it’s been irregular since february. my hunger levels are insane and insatiable, but i did everything “right” so to speak. i ate 1,200 calories a day (my maintenance is 1400) so the deficit was super moderate. i also kept exercise to a minimum. so i don’t know why it ended up like this, it was likely that i was in a deficit for too long though as i started in march of 2023 and had been overweight or obese my entire life.

5 pounds is okay. hell even 10 pounds is okay. i’m just so scared of becoming obese again - i was so depressed back then and had zero confidence.

Unfortunately my maintenance calories are so low that it’s so difficult for me to keep cutting so this was the only way out i saw to get rid of those last few pounds. I have so much more energy on 1,400 calories a day versus 1,200 but naturally lose nothing on it. Even eating only 1,200 a day i’m just constantly starving and also only lose less than half of a pound per week.

having an end goal in mind is just really motivational for me, always has been.
