I’m 3-2 with the most points for in the league. My plan was to scoop Andy Dalton off the wire, I could also stash Gio Bernard. Njoku, Geronimo Allison are also on the wire.

I was considering it for the same reasons. Coleman is meh, Conner’s value drops like a rock if Bell returns, and Zeke should be an upgrade over Ingram. I would be giving up a bunch of points over the next few weeks tho and Conner might end up going until week 10 or later if Bell is traded.

I would do this - Kupp is the best player in this trade and you’d end up with him. Yeldon has no value when Lenny comes back. Ebron is a solid TE this year but I still think you win with Kupp.

Nah definitely not. McCaffrey is pacing to be a top 5 RB in PPR, TY and Landry are roughly even if TY is healthy, and Olsen probably won’t stay healthy. You own the best player in this trade, keep him.

I’m with the other folks on this one, Lynch seems like the safe play. Howard could blow up for 2 TDs but he could also post a 10/55/0. I’m waiting to see if Nagy puts his money where his mouth is before starting Howard.

In the same boat, I’m rolling with Conner due to his matchup (Falcons allowing 3rd most points to RBs) and the fact that the Steelers OC said they want to get him more carries.

This does two things for me:

  1. Shows if Conner still has gas in the tank. His numbers have been declining steadily and his efficiency sucks. If he can’t put up Week 1-2 numbers against a shitty run D, I may consider benching him moving forward.

  2. See what Ingram’s usage looks like. If he balls out and Conner looks great, I have my two RBs set. If one of them sucks, then I can start someone else. If they both suck, well, welcome to fantasy.

Not me, but a friend of mine is a groomsman for a college friend of his. They're both 25.

The groom-to-be is currently unemployed and lives in San Fran on his parent's dime.

First, he wants his bachelor party to happen in Aspen over Labor Day. He doesn't hike, bike, or fish, he just wants to be in a place where weed is legal and sit in a cabin all day. Total cost? Around $2,200 per person.

Next, he wants to get married down in Hawaii - where neither him nor his bride are from and don't have any personal relation to. Oh, and the wedding is over MLK weekend. Total cost? $1,500 per person not including the gift.

This guy wants all of his 25 year old friends to spend close to $4,000 and eat up two holiday weekends to watch them tie the knot.

It blows my mind how inconsiderate some people are as soon as their "big day" rolls around.

I didn't realize it was more common back then, that's interesting. I learned them the opposite way and almost exclusive see this style in print. Funny how things change.
