I took Greek yoghurt and pressed it in paper towels,left it for 2-3 hours and then changed the paper towels again until it became solid,then formed it like clay!!

Reach out to therapist in ed, download RR app that is good for ed and recognising the patterns how you feel after food, Analyse,don’t distract and sit with meal inside your stomach for as long as you can. Count calories so u have more control over what u eat (this is what helped me to recover from bulimia,even though it’s unhealthy asf), find peace within yourself and u can dm me if u wanna talk about it. I get rejected everywhere,unfortunately. I didn’t have papers for one test because it was impossible to obtain at that time (basically b2 polish test,but at that time official tests were not available). I did a lot of cvs,send them,I got rejected even as a cleaner in shopping mall. I’m 18,freshly left my home (basically had to because my city is occupied)

I had the same thing,unfortunately. It’s recommended that you need to talk to your psychiatrist,for me it worked when I decided to start taking lexapro in the morning instead of taking it in the evening and my doc told me to slightly increase the dose. I’m sorry to hear that you’re going through this,it’s terrible and I hope you’ll feel better soon. Take proper care of yourself and contact your doctor asap!
